Fresno Galerias Hotel Torreon, Torreon

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, with a good number of restaurants and shops nearby. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job, and the rooms were spacious and well-kept. However, I was disappointed with the lack of pool towels, which they forgot to provide even after multiple requests. Also, my key card needed reactivation every night, which was a bit tedious.

The hotel has some really nice architecture, but I found the pool a bit on the small side. The buffet breakfast was good and adequate, although it didn't reach the levels of some more touristy areas.
